Effective July 2026
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how PurposeForce (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Gratora (the “Service”), a platform nonprofits use to create personalized donor impact videos.
1. What we collect
From your organization (the account holder): your name, email address, and organization details when you create an account; the donor data, photos, story text, and video clips you upload to run a campaign; and payment details, handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
From your donors: the giving history your organization provides to personalize their video (name, gift amounts, giving history, fund designation), and, when a donor views their video, basic view and completion analytics tied to their unique link. We do not collect anything directly from donors; we never contact them, and they never create an account with us.
2. How we use it
To render each donor's personalized video, deliver it through your organization's campaign, operate and secure the Service, process payment for your campaign, and provide support when you ask for it. We do not use your data to train any model, and we do not sell or rent data to third parties.
3. Donor data retention
Donor records and campaign source materials (photos, clips) are deleted automatically 60 days after a campaign is delivered. See our Data Agreement for the full detail on how campaign data is handled.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and Amazon Web Services (video rendering), both reputable infrastructure providers with their own security practices. Access within Gratora is isolated per organization: one organization's data is never visible to another.
5. Your choices
You can request deletion of your organization's account and data at any time by contacting us. Donor data tied to a specific campaign can be deleted immediately on request rather than waiting for the 60-day default.
6. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and note the effective date above.
