Terms of Service
These terms govern your organization's use of Gratora (“the Service”), operated by PurposeForce (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or running a campaign, your organization (“you”) agrees to these terms.
1. The Service
Gratora turns your donor data and an impact story into a short, personalized thank-you video for each donor. You control your campaign's data, branding, and story; we handle the rendering and delivery infrastructure. See our Data Agreement for how your data is specifically handled.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to share the donor data and campaign materials you upload, and permission to use every photo and clip.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the story and impact claims you write; Gratora routes donors to the story you author based on the fund data you provide, but does not verify the truthfulness of that content.
- You are responsible for sending delivery links to your donors through your own email tool, in compliance with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and your own donor consent records).
- Materials must not include data about minors.
3. Payment
Campaigns are priced by donor count as shown at checkout. A deposit reserves your campaign slot; the balance is due before final delivery. Pricing and order deadlines for a given season are shown on our pricing page at the time you order.
4. What we do not do
We do not contact your donors directly. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond producing and delivering your campaign. We do not guarantee any specific donor-retention or fundraising outcome; we cite only third-party published results (never a guarantee of your own results) in our marketing.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that could affect an active campaign.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
